Contract preparation

We have been in business since 1981 and have developed mould making technology in such a way that even small series production is economically viable. In over 30 years, we have subcontracted more than 100 companies, some of which have been project-based and some of which are still our customers.

Process

Our production is very flexible, we always tailor our production process to the customer's wishes. We can supply our customers with either finished products or moulds for in-house production. Manufacturing is also efficient for series production. We manufacture products in Finland and Estonia. CUSTOM-MADE: HEATED, PORTABLE TOILET FOR YEAR-ROUND USE

The frame structure and thermal insulation of the toilet is made of 30 mm thick urethane sheet, laminated with glass fibre and painted on both sides with topcoat (glass fibre paint). The roof and walls are laminated over the corners, making the toilet structure tight and seamless. This makes it very temperature-efficient, durable and easy to clean. The floor is fitted with drainage holes to allow the wash water to flow away in a controlled manner.

The BioGreen 350 portable toilet is a thermally insulated toilet designed for winter and summer use. It has a 300 litre sludge tank, an electric radiator, a ceiling light with motion sensor and two clothes hooks.

Technical characteristics

High-strength plastic products are also suitable for demanding applications. The products are dimensionally accurate, and durable and offer almost unlimited design possibilities.

Materials from

High-strength plastic is made of polyester resin with glass fibre as a stiffener. In addition, a wide range of composite materials can be used in different applications to give the product the right level of strength.
